Terms & Conditions – Trump Club of Citrus County Membership Effective Date: The date on which this agreement is electronically signed and submitted by the member, as recorded by our system. By completing your membership purchase with We the Patriots, Inc. (operating as Trump Club of Citrus County), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Membership Levels & Benefits We offer the following annual membership options: Individual Membership – Covers one (1) member for a full year. Couples Membership – Covers two (2) individuals residing in the same household. The primary purchaser must enter the second member’s details at checkout. Household Membership – Covers up to three (3) individuals residing in the same household. The primary purchaser must enter details for the additional members at checkout. Membership benefits include: ✔️ Access to monthly meetings (secured for 12 months in advance) ✔️ Participation in committees and community initiatives ✔️ Opportunities to engage in education, fundraising, and civic involvement ✔️ Supporting operational costs and local outreach programs 2. Payment & Billing Membership fees are one-time, non-refundable, and billed annually at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely via our online system. If your payment is declined, please check with your bank, as some institutions flag unfamiliar transactions for security reasons. 3. No Refund Policy Membership purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. If you experience issues with your membership access, please contact us at support@wethepatriots-fl.com. 4. Code of Conduct As a member, you agree to uphold the mission and values of We the Patriots, Inc. and Trump Club of Citrus County. Respectful and civil engagement is expected at all club events and meetings. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in membership revocation with or without refund. 5. Liability Waiver Participation in club events and activities is voluntary and at your own risk. We the Patriots, Inc. and Trump Club of Citrus County assume no liability for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during events. By becoming a member, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless We the Patriots, Inc., its officers, and affiliated entities from any claims arising from your participation. 6. Membership Term & Renewal Membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This membership will automatically renew. Members will receive renewal reminders prior to expiration. 7.
